The High Street Sport gym at 3950 Alameda Ave is a 48,000-square-foot facility with a steam room, hot tub, functional training turf zone, and a regulation basketball court. The Webster Street location at 2050 Webster St covers 30,000 square feet and offers a steam room and hot tub alongside standard cardio and free weight areas. Neither Oakland location currently has a dedicated cold plunge pool. Recovery options are limited to steam rooms and hot tubs at both gyms. Group fitness classes are available through the GX24 program, including BODYPUMP, Zumba, and yoga. Personal training is offered at both locations. Membership at the High Street location starts at $44.99/month for Gold, $49.99 for National, and $59.99 for Platinum. Hours run 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily at High Street, while Webster Street operates 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM weekdays with reduced weekend hours. Despite the brand name, neither location is open 24 hours.
