About ADAPT Tulsa
ADAPT Tulsa is the city's first dedicated thermaculture experience, co-located with Free Spirit Chiropractic at 4312 E. 51st Street. The facility blends ancient thermal practices with modern wellness science, offering cold plunge, traditional sauna, infrared sauna, red light therapy, breathwork, and meditation in both private and community formats. The cold plunge sits at 47°F — a temperature chosen to balance accessibility for newcomers with therapeutic effectiveness for experienced plungers. The community traditional sauna accommodates six people, operates at 180°F, and can be used as a dry or wet sauna. The private infrared sanctuary offers six customizable programs and near/mid/far infrared wavelengths with integrated red light. Structured contrast therapy protocols cycle between 10–15 minute sauna rounds and 1–3 minute cold plunges. Memberships range from $100 to $225 per month. Single community sessions run $35 per person. First-time visitors receive a complimentary guided hour to learn equipment and protocols. TheraBody compression boots are available as an add-on. Free filtered water, showers, and a private parking lot are on-site. ADAPT is the go-to spot for Tulsa residents pursuing deliberate heat-cold exposure and mind-body wellness practices, from competitive athletes to stress-management seekers.
