AIRE Ancient Baths New York Tribeca is a world-class thermal bath sanctuary set inside a restored 1883 textile factory in Manhattan's cobblestone Tribeca neighborhood. Spanning 16,000 square feet of candlelit calm, the space preserves original brick, beams, and iron columns while housing one of NYC's most immersive bathing circuits. AIRE is the first North American outpost of the Barcelona-born brand, which pioneered the ancient bathhouse revival across Europe. The thermal circuit at Tribeca includes the Caldarium (hot bath, 102°F), Frigidarium (cold bath, 57°F and ice bath, 50°F), Tepidarium (warm bath with skylight, 97°F), Balneum (1,000-jet hydrotherapy pool), Vaporium (eucalyptus steam room), Flotarium (saltwater float pool), and a salt exfoliation area. Alternating between hot and cold immersions is the core of the AIRE experience, making it a true contrast therapy destination. Experiences range from a 90-minute thermal bath circuit ("Ultimate Bath") at $175 per person to full massage-and-bath packages starting at $230. Couples can book the "Ultimate Couples Baths" for $350 total. All experiences include access to the full thermal circuit. Add-on massages run $230–$310 per person for 30–90 minutes. The Signature Wine Experience ($700/person) is the flagship luxury offering. Advance booking is required via the AIRE website or by phone. Bathing suits are mandatory, cell phones are prohibited during sessions, and guests must be at least 18. The experience lasts 1.5 hours for bath-only visits and 2–3 hours for massage packages. AIRE is open daily 8:00 AM–11:00 PM.
