The facility blends cold and heat therapy with functional medicine, advanced aesthetics, holistic therapies, IV therapy, and a compounding pharmacy — all under one roof. It's less a cold plunge studio and more a full wellness ecosystem designed around evidence-based recovery and optimization. The contrast therapy setup pairs a traditional dry sauna (150–195°F) with a dedicated cold plunge tub (42–47°F) housed in the men's and women's locker rooms. The recommended protocol is 10–15 minutes in the sauna followed by a 3-minute cold plunge, repeated for multiple cycles. Day passes give non-members access to the sauna, cold plunge, tranquility lounge, locker rooms, and a Frequency Dome session (meditation and breathwork). Day passes are priced at $59. Membership tiers provide unlimited access to the thermal amenities alongside escalating levels of spa and medical services. The Vitality Membership unlocks unlimited sauna, cold plunge, lounge, and Frequency Dome access plus discounts on select services.
