The contrast therapy setup features a traditional dry sauna reaching 150–195°F alongside a cold plunge tub maintained at 42–47°F, both housed in the separate men's and women's locker room suites. The signature contrast therapy protocol — 10–15 minutes in the sauna followed by a 3-minute cold plunge — is the most popular use of the facility's thermal amenities. A $59 day pass unlocks access to the sauna, cold plunge, tranquility lounge, locker rooms, and a Frequency Dome breathwork/meditation session. Membership tiers scale from the Vitality Membership (unlimited sauna, cold plunge, lounge, and Frequency Dome with discounts on services) up through Serenity and Clinic Optimal Health tiers, which add premium spa treatments and integrated medical services respectively.
