About Arden Hills Resort & Spa
Arden Hills is a historic wellness resort in Sacramento, operating since 1954. Founded by Olympic swim coach Sherm Chavoor, the property was acquired by the Favero family in 1985. In late 2023 the resort transferred to LifeTime; Arden Hills continues operating Villa Arden Hills accommodations. The facility offers spa services (massages, facials), a 50-meter pool, steam room, sauna, fitness center, tennis courts, and lodging. No confirmed cold plunge service found.
