Eternity Wellness is Louisville's first Social Wellness and Aesthetic Center, founded in 2019 and located at 1220 E Kentucky St in Louisville, KY 40204. The center offers a wide range of wellness and aesthetic services under the direction of Kristina Pohl, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, who brings over 16 years of nursing experience. The facility combines medical-grade treatments with a relaxing, community-focused environment. The wellness side includes IV hydration therapy (with formulas for recovery, immunity, beauty, detox, and more), specialty IVs (NAD, High-Dose Vitamin C, High-Dose Glutathione), vitamin injections, infrared sauna sessions, red light therapy, PEMF mat therapy, compression boots, and cryotherapy treatments including CryoBody and Cryo Facials. They also offer lab testing, wellness assessments, hormone optimization, and medical weight loss programs. While they do not currently offer a dedicated cold plunge, their cryotherapy services provide cold exposure benefits. On the aesthetic side, Eternity Wellness provides Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Hydrafacials, microneedling, VI Peels, PDO threads, PRP hair restoration, and teeth whitening. The center hosts community fitness classes including yoga, Mat Pilates, and Wellness Wednesday events.
