Framework East Nashville (Backyard) is an outdoor wellness studio located in East Nashville's historic Greenwood neighborhood. It's designed to be a social and open-air experience focused on recovery and connection. The facility features a custom 190-degree Fahrenheit traditional sauna that can fit up to 12 people, along with four cold tubs at varying temperatures ranging from 40 to 60 degrees Fahrenheit for solo and shared plunges. Outdoor showers and ample lounge space are available for rest and socializing. Framework Backyard also hosts fitness classes and special events.
