This studio caters to all of Fresno County, providing members with 3D training sessions in patented infrared saunas. Workouts include Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Cycle, and more, combining Isometric and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). The infrared energy helps decrease warm-up time, speeds up post-workout recovery, and allows you to burn more calories quickly. In addition to the saunas, members can utilize the FX Zone, a functional exercise area with weights, bands, and other equipment.
